- We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer with solid expertise in Sales Cloud and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement). This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving marketing and sales alignment, setting up intelligent automations, and delivering seamless Salesforce-Pardot integrations for a global enterprise.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- Proficiency in Pardot automations, lead lifecycle management, and aligning Sales & Marketing processes
- Experience with Activity Management, Campaign Management, and Lead Attribution
- Ability to create marketing performance reports using native Salesforce tools (Reports & Dashboards)
- Knowledge of Salesforce-Pardot connectors and best practices for data synchronization
- Familiarity with Tableau, Seismic, or other third-party marketing technologies (MarTech solutions)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
EDUCATION PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, and/or Pardot Specialist certification (preferred)
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and Pardot administration experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain Pardot automations, workflows, and engagement programs
- Manage the lead lifecycle, ensuring seamless hand-off from Marketing to Sales
- Align Sales and Marketing teams by integrating processes within Salesforce and Pardot
- Implement and monitor Salesforce-Pardot connectors for optimal data flow
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Marketing and Sales performance insights
- Collaborate with global teams to support marketing campaigns and optimize system usage
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience with focus on Sales Cloud and Pardot
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, reporting, and lead attribution models
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration or sync issues between Salesforce and Pardot
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration
