Vikas Goyal currently oversees all aspects, including day-to-day operations, strategy formulation, and execution. With over 20 years of experience, he brings a wealth of expertise. Prior to founding Alt Digital, he held consulting and development roles at Vodafone, CSC (now DXC), and HCL Technologies. He has extensive experience across diverse industries such as BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, and Logistics. His key areas of expertise are in Oracle Commerce. However, he knows all the aspects of DCX.

Co-Founder

With 12 years of extensive experience in the IT domain, he has driven account retention and expansion, introduced onsite roles, and maintained a ‘can-do’ attitude, nurturing client relations and driving growth. His key expertise are in Oracle Commerce, Digital Customer Experience, AEM, Ecommerce, Sales and marketing.
