- We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance our business processes.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus
EDUCATION PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing to ensure quality delivery of applications.
- Implement data migration strategies using Data Loader or other ETL tools as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Apex programming language, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce administration tasks including user management, security settings, workflows, process builder, etc.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
