Job Details
- We are seeking an experienced React & Next.js Developer with 7–8 years of proven expertise in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong frontend architecture skills, deep knowledge of modern web technologies, and experience leading complex projects while mentoring development teams.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend ecosystems.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
- Deep understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), and application performance optimization
- Experience designing scalable frontend architectures and reusable component libraries.
- Strong expertise in REST APIs, frontend-backend integrations, and state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment processes, and frontend monitoring tools is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
EDUCATION PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of responsive, user-centric, and high-performance web applications.
- Architect and maintain scalable frontend solutions using React.js and Next.js best practices.
- Develop reusable components, design systems, and maintainable codebases to support long-term product growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Drive application performance, scalability, security, and accessibility improvements.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices across the development team.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, sprint ceremonies, and strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated with emerging front end technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
