Job Details
- We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our growing team. This role involves assisting with recruitment, managing HR operations, and supporting daily office activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management, structured processes, and working in a dynamic IT environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support hiring and employee onboarding processes.
- Handle daily HR and office administration activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding attendance, leave management, and HR policies.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management on HR-related tasks.
Preferred Skills
- MBA in HR or related field preferred.
- Prior HR experience of 1–3 years.
- Exposure to the IT/Technology industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused approach.
